Vegan Blueberry-licious Muffins

Ingredients

1/4 cup milkadamia, Unsweetened Milk

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

6 Tbsp agave syrup (or maple)

1 1/4 cup ground almonds

1 1/4 gluten-free flour

3/4 cup gluten-free oats

1 tsp vanilla

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

Mix ingredients together, gently folding in blueberries at the end.

Bake in a muffin tin at 350 degrees for 18-25 minutes – until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
