Vegan Blueberry-licious Muffins

INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 cup milkadamia Unsweetened Milk
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
6 Tbsp agave syrup (or maple)
1 1/4 cup ground almonds
1 1/4 cup gluten-free flour
3/4 cup gluten-free oats
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup fresh blueberries

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix ingredients together, gently folding in blueberries at the end.
  3. Bake in a muffin tin for 18-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
