Anything But Basic Crepes

Crepes may be french, but milkadamia Original Milk means these lactose free crepes are ooh la la!

INGREDIENTS

Dry ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour (all-purpose flour also works great)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp sugar (can use coconut sugar)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Wet ingredients:

  • 2 cups milkadamia Original Milk, plus 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the milk and vinegar to create buttermilk and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Mix all of the dry ingredients and then combine with the buttermilk mixture.
  3. Top with your favorite berries or warmed hazelnut spread.
