Anything But Basic Crepes
Time: 10-15 minutes
Crepes may be french, but milkadamia Original Milk means these lactose free crepes are ooh la la!
- 1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour (all-purpose flour also works great)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp sugar (can use coconut sugar)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups milkadamia Original Milk, plus 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Mix the milk and vinegar to create buttermilk and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Mix all of the dry ingredients and then combine with the buttermilk mixture.
- Top with your favorite berries or warmed hazelnut spread.
