Anything But Basic Crepes

Servings: Makes about 10
Time: 10-15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Dry ingredients:
    • 1 1/3 c whole wheat flour (all-purpose flour also works great)
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 2 tbsp corn starch
    • 3 tbsp sugar (can use coconut sugar)
    • ¼ tsp salt
  • Wet ingredients:
    • 2 c milkadamia plus 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Directions:

  1. Mix the milk and vinegar to create a “buttermilk” and let it sit for about 5 minutes
    Mix all of the dry ingredients and then combine with the almond milk & apple cider vinegar
