“Morning Cereal” with Milkadamia Chocolate Pudding and Granola

Serve: 4 people
12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 c.  Milkadamia unsweetened milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. honey
1 c. store bought granola
1 c. Milkadamia unsweetened milk
Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Combine the Milkadamia milk, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a saucepan
and bring to a simmer over medium heat. cook, stirring often, for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, pour over the chocolate, and then whisk until the chocolate is melted.
Scrape the pudding into a serving container, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, until chilled and set. Serve chilled, garnish with 1/4 c. of granola and  pour 1/4 c. Milkadamia unsweetened milk to finsh.
