Kale Cavatappi in milkadamia Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 c. kale
  • 1 c. roasted tomatoes
  • 4 c. cooked pasta
  • ½ c. diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic (we like it garlicky)
  • 2 c. milkadamia Unsweetened
  • ¼ c. nutritional yeast

DIRECTIONS

  1. Make Alfredo cream sauce:
  2. Sauté onion and garlic
  3. Add 2 c. milkadamia milk, ¼ c. nutritional yeast, and blend in a food processor.
  4. Add to pan and let simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat. Serve over pasta with roasted tomatoes and kale
