Kale Cavatappi in milkadamia Cream Sauce

  • 2 c kale
  • 1c roasted tomatoes
  • 4c cooked pasta
  • 1/2 c diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic (we like it garlicky)
  • 2c milkadamia, Unsweetened
  • 1/4c nutritional yeast


  1. Make alfredo cream sauce:
  2. Sauté onion and garlic
  3. Add 2 cups milkadamia milk, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, and blend in a food processor.
  4. Add to pan and let simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat. Serve over pasta with roasted tomatoes and kale
