Homemade Omega Crunch Granola

Servings: Servings: 2-4
Time: 30 minutes plus cooling time


  • 3 Tbsp. Pure Macadamia Oil
  • 1 c. rolled gluten free oats
  • ½ c. raw cashews
  • ½ c. raw almonds
  • ½ c. hazelnuts
  • ½ c. raw pumpkin seeds
  • ½ c. dried cherries
  • ½ c. shredded coconut
  • ⅓ c. maple syrup
  • pinch of sea salt


  1. Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour the granola mixture onto the baking sheet. Spread evenly but keep the granola touching so that you can break it apart later.
  3. Bake for 20-22 mins. Let it cool for 20 mins – it will harden and get crunchy as it cools!
  4. Enjoy! Store in an air-tight container.
