Grilled Veggie Wrap with tahini dressing

¼ c macadamia oil

¼ c balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp molasses

1 tbsp thyme

1 eggplant, zucchini, summer squash, sliced widthwise

1 red pepper and onion, sliced in thick rings

½ cup crumbled Violife feta

4 wraps


Tahini dressing

½ c tahini

¼ c lemon juice

¼ c milkadamia, Original

½ tsp salt



  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in small bowl and power over sliced vegetables to marinate for :15-:30
  2. Grill over medium heat
  3. Make dressing by blending all ingredients
  4. Assemble wraps:

Wrap, ¼ of veggies, sprinkle feta and drizzle with dressing.
