Creamy Mint Macadamia Spinach Soup

Ingredients:

Soup

  • 2 cupsspinach 
  • 2 celery sticks 
  • 1 cup water 
  • 1 cup Milkadamia milk 
  • 1/2 lemon juiced 
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted 
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled 
  • 1/4 cup mint 
  • 1 tsp ginger powder 
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (optional) 
  • dash cayenne pepper 

Toppings 

  • 3 slices watermelon radish 
  • 1/2 cup babyspinach/sprouts 
  • 1 tbsp Milkadamia milk 
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds 

Directions:

  1. Blendsoupingredients until smooth 
  2. Adjust seasonings to taste
  3. Divide into 2 bowls 
  4. Add toppings 
  5. Experience joy!
