Creamy Mint Macadamia Spinach Soup

INGREDIENTS

Soup:

  • 2 cups  spinach
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milkadamia Original Milk
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled
  • 1/4 cup mint
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (optional)
  • dash cayenne pepper

Toppings:

  • 3 slices watermelon radish
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach/sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp milkadamia Original Milk
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend  soup  ingredients until smooth.
  2. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  3. Divide into 2 bowls.
  4. Add toppings.
  5. Experience joy!
