Ingredients:
Soup
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milkadamia Original Milk
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled
- 1/4 cup mint
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (optional)
- dash cayenne pepper
Toppings
- 3 slices watermelon radish
- 1/2 cup baby spinach/sprouts
- 1 tbsp milkadamia Original Milk
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
Directions:
- Blend soup ingredients until smooth
- Adjust seasonings to taste
- Divide into 2 bowls
- Add toppings
