Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milkadamia, Unsweetened Vanilla
  • 1 scoop vanilla PlantFusion Complete Protein Rich Chocolate
  • ½ small avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp ground flax
  • Ice if desired

Directions:

  • Put ingredients in blender, add desired ice, blend and serve.
