Vegan Blueberry-licious Muffins
INGREDIENTS
1 ¼ c. milkadamia Unsweetened
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
6 Tbsp. agave syrup (or maple)
1 ¼ c. ground almonds
1 ¼ c. gluten-free flour
¾ c. gluten-free oats
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. baking soda
1 c. fresh blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix ingredients together, gently folding in blueberries at the end.
- Bake in a muffin tin for 18-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
