Coconut & Macadamia Dutch Baby

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup @milkadamia (or any milk of choice)
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, and salt) and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients (eggs, vanilla extract, macadamia milk, and coconut oil) and whisk until smooth.
- Oil an 8” skillet with a little extra coconut oil. Pour the batter into the skillet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the pancake has puffed and the edges are golden brown.
