milkadamia Matcha Chia Pudding

- 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
- 1 cup of your favorite milkadamia
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- Optional: add honey, maple syrup, or your favorite sweetener to taste.
- In a bowl, mix the matcha green tea powder with the milkadamia and whisk until smooth and not clumped.
- Add the chia seeds and the sweetener. Stir to combine, making sure there are no clumps of chia seeds. Place it in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.
- Make it your own: top with your favorite fresh fruit, jam, non-dairy yogurt, granola and/or macadamia nuts.
