Kale Cavatappi in milkadamia Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 2 c. kale
- 1 c. roasted tomatoes
- 4 c. cooked pasta
- ½ c. diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic (we like it garlicky)
- 2 c. milkadamia Unsweetened
- ¼ c. nutritional yeast
DIRECTIONS
- Make Alfredo cream sauce:
- Sauté onion and garlic
- Add 2 c. milkadamia milk, ¼ c. nutritional yeast, and blend in a food processor.
- Add to pan and let simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat. Serve over pasta with roasted tomatoes and kale
