Peppermint Mocha Latte

Ingredients
- ¾ c. of strong coffee (espresso preferred)
- ¼ c. frothed milkadamia Barista
- ¼ c. of vegan dark chocolate chips, melted
- 1 or 2 drops of pure peppermint extract
- 1 tsp. of crushed peppermint candy
- 1 tsp. cacao powder
- Vegan whipped cream
Directions
- Brew coffee. While coffee is brewing, heat chocolate chips in a microwave for 2 minutes and stir until melted
- Spoon into brewed coffee; add in peppermint extract – stir.
- Foam milkadamia Barista in milk frother. Add to coffee.
- Spoon on whipped cream, sprinkle with crushed candy, and dust with cacao.
