Sauted Herbed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 12 oz mushrooms (cremini or button), cleaned and tossed with salt and pepper
  • 4-6 spritzs of Pure Macadamia Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp milkadamia buttery spread
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 1 Tbsp chopped Italian parsley

 Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add buttery spread and garlic; saute until garlic is slightly browned. Toss in thyme.
  2. Reduce heat to medium; add mushrooms, cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
