Challah French Toast

Soak up the scrumptious in this lactose free creamy-infused brunch favorite.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup milkadamia Vanilla Creamer
  • 2 Tbsp date syrup
  • 4 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1 loaf challah
  • 2 Tbsp milkadamia Buttery Spread
  • Maple syrup

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Whisk together first three ingredients in a shallow pan.
  2. Slice challah into one-inch slices.
  3. Heat frying pan and coat with vegan butter.
  4. Dip slices in wet mixture and fry in pan.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
